Ayden celebrated his first Hallowe'en today. Gramma and Grampa got him his first costume (his little pumpkin bib) and he's been showing it off for some of the night. I gotta say, he looks soo cute...but then I'm probably bias..

Go Leafs Go!

Yes..we are training him young...but c'mon..its not like there is a better team out there to cheer for! This is ritual in our house on nights that the Leafs play. Ayden gets all dudded up in his Leaf gear and Bob and him watch the game until the little man passes out(which is usually after the first period). He seems to be a good luck charm though because every game we've watched with him, the Leafs seem to win, so the new tradition will continue...

Okay..so I had to cash in on this opportunity...I mean..its so rare to have both of them so calm and quiet at once... although I am now in trouble for letting the dog on the bed...but c'mon..how cute is this Kodak moment?!

Molly is great with the little man..she hates it when he cries and tries to kiss away his little tears..although its more like a huge slobbery bath than anything else...and surprisingly..shes been pretty calm around him..for Molly anyway (she's kind of a spaz at times...).

Anyway...if any more "moments" should arise, I'll take some more shots and post them!

Sleeping through the night...sort of....

YAH!

Okay..so its not entirely through the night...but Ayden is now sleeping in 3 - 4 hours clusters...its great! I never realised how incredible a 3 - 4 hour sleep span was until you dont get it regularly! I will never ever take it for granted again!

We're both doing pretty good..slightly tired..but coping well...but I have to admit..it is all worth it..and I don't think either of us would trade it in for anything..every day is something new...a smile...holding his little head up...and lately, the toots that could blow a diaper off.. or so you'd think...

Anyway..he's doing great and so are the two of us! When he gets a bit older..we'll do the rounds again and visit everyone again!

Over Two Weeks Old

Here are a few new pictures of Ayden for everyone to look at.

I thought we should put one of him in his Leafs outfit, seeing as though he is a HUGE Leaf fan! LOL !!!

We took him to his second doctor's appointment on Friday and can definately say that he is doing very well... putting on lots of weight. On Monday, the health nurse weighed him at 7lbs...he is now 7 lbs 12 ounces! And from what the doctor says, this is great!

We will keep posting new pics as we get them...

Five Days Old

Hello Everyone,


Ayden is now five days old and everyone is getting along very well. We just got back from our first walk, where Ayden met two baby girls... both six months old. Only 5 days old and already a hit with the ladies!

We have downloaded some more pictures so everyone can see how much he is changing. Every morning he looks so much different it is amazing....

First Days

Hello Everyone,

It has been a very busy past few days with the new addition... and all the dirty diapers. Ayden and the rookie parents are doing well and learning lots.

We will have more to say in other updates, but right now we are finding our days very exciting, extremly busy and very sleep deprived!

Hope everyone is doing great and Ayden can't wait to see and meet everyone!
